JODIE SKIRMONT

Specialty: Certified Personal Trainer

I have a Masters degree in education from Elmhurst University.

My 13 years of experience as a Women’s health nurse brings a wealth of knowledge to my role as a personal trainer.

I am also a wife and mother of two. Therefore, I understand how difficult it can be to juggle family, work, and self care.

I would love to help you raise the bar(bell) on your personal fitness goals.
